Excellent excellent experience, especially with James that made sure my vehicle was being taken care of and fixed properly. I received multiple videos and pictures of the diagnosis and inspection of the car and every part that I would need. I knew every dollar that I was going to spend based on the information given to me, with no surprises. Excellent customer service and great communication and customer care. I absolutely recommend Jesse’s garage for your big or small repairs for your vehicle. “2009 Mercedes SL 550”

From start to finish, he was completely upfront and transparent about what my car needed—absolutely zero pushy sales tactics or hidden fees. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to James and the entire team for taking such great care of me! They fixed both my headlight issue and my AC, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. James was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Car repairs can be stressful, but the team made everything easy and seamless. They treated me with kindness, answered my questions, and made sure my Tesla was returned in great condition. My AC is working perfectly again, and the headlight issue was resolved quickly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Thanks again to James and everyone involved for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Jesse’s Garage delivered exactly the kind of service that’s hard to find anymore. When my car died with a dead battery, Luke — the owner — came out to where I was stranded, enlisted his girlfriend to help get it started, and then loaned me his personal portable battery starter so I could get the car to the shop. He didn’t have to do any of that. Once I got there, my service advisor Jack carried that same standard forward. The repair was done the next day, backed by a warranty that genuinely impressed me. They even offered to arrange a free Uber so I wouldn’t be without a ride. Jesse’s Garage runs the way a great local shop should: real accountability and people who genuinely care. If you get Jack as your advisor, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend.

I recently had bought a 2013 VW Beetle Convertible 2.5L and wanted a complete review and recommendations for work needed to be done before I drove it 1650 miles to Michigan. I approved all of the important repairs to be done. Service was done promptly and I immediately noticed improvements in the drivability of the car.
